First, Happy Birthday to Connor Edward!! He turned 12 yesterday...he celebrated with a few friends and went to the movies...then, that evening, after Jake's game (wait til you hear about that!) we went to Cheeburger Cheeburger where he and his best buddy Matt ordered the ONE POUNDER! I got sick just watching them attempt to eat it...but this will be no surprise to any of you who know him...he finished it, with a few crumbs to spare! He is growing up so fast...where does time go?
Now, to Jake's game...Jake's travel U8 team won the MABA CHAMPIONSHIP!! They are the Mid Atlantic Baseball Association U8 champions. This team went 41-7 against all of their opponents. Less than five errors in five games....they were truly AMAZING!
And Miss Kate...it would only be fitting to update you on her...she swam in her first swim meet and got a sixth place and ninth place ribbon for freestyle and backstroke...yes, ladies and gentlemen...she is FIVE years old! We are very proud of her!
And I would be remiss to not mention my first son and his wife...I don't have great pictures or videos...but they are planning a trip up here in late July, early August, and I will have plenty then! Robert turned TWENTY-THREE last week...can you believe it?! Kim graduated with her nursing degree this Spring...and is working full time in a hospital. We're very proud of Nurse Wills :-) Robert continues to work at Verizon...his genetics can't be denied...he's great with people and can sell almost anything! (sound familiar!?)
